Satisfaction and Return Policy

Your satisfaction is very important to me, Ralph Andrea, photographer and computer-artist. My works are a direct expression of my inner self and can only truly come to fruition when enjoyed by someone else.

My works are assembled and packaged with adherence to the highest quality possible. Should something go wrong, I will do everything in my power to set it right. There are two types of items that are handled differently, custom works and everything else.

Custom Works: All image prints, matted prints, and framed prints are custom handcrafted to order and cannot be resold or restocked. All sales are final. Workmanship defects or errors will be corrected. Slight imperfections, noticeable under close inspection, are a mark of handcrafted items and, as such, are not considered to be defects. Should a custom work be in error or exhibit a workmanship defect, you must contact me to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) within 14 days of receipt of the item. You will be responsible for return shipment and insurance. Please retain the original packing material until you are sure everything is fine.

Everything Else: All purchases other than listed above may be returned for refund or replacement for any reason by obtaining a Return Authorization (RA) within 14 days of receipt of the item. Please note that shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

Large Format Giclée Prints: Selected images from my gallery are available as large format Giclée prints. Please be aware that links to these prints leave my rwaphoto.com web site and go directly to my Giclée printer's gallery. Purchases made from Giclée Print Net are subject to their terms and conditions.

Privacy Policy

I respect your privacy. No personal information, name, or e-mail address will be revealed to any third party for any reason. I do not collect information from anyone visiting rwaphoto.com unless a purchase is made.

Cookies: A cookie is an entry in a special text file that your browser maintains. This web site does not use cookies with one exception. The shopping cart program creates a cookie the first time it's accessed. This cookie contains only a random shopping cart number that is used to associate a particular shopper with the correct shopping cart.
